Are Trak Racer cockpits compatible with my wheel and pedals?
Yes, our rigs are designed with universal mounting plates that are pre-drilled to support all major brands including Fanatec, Thrustmaster, Logitech, and Simucube.
What is your return policy for sim racing hardware?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the size of our products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Do the simulator cockpits come with a warranty?
Absolutely. We provide a 5-year warranty on all Trak Racer frames and a 1-year warranty on electronics and accessories against manufacturing defects.
Can I upgrade my rig later with more accessories?
Yes, our modular T-Slot aluminum profile system allows you to easily add monitor stands, keyboard trays, shifter mounts, and motion systems at any time.
